Brown + Wheaten is a research and strategy firm. We study neighborhoods through two lenses: how they work for the businesses there, and how they work for the people who live there. Then we help the people who run them build toward what’s ahead.
Most of our work is for business owners and the district organizations that support them: research on a block, a corridor or a market, sized to a decision that’s coming up. Alongside it, we publish community research on how neighborhoods get fed, open for anyone to read.
